Assemble all data so a detailed evaluation can be reviewed to measure the economic impact and benefits of the merger. Detailed review of all specific items including but not limited to, operations, consolidation, government regulations. Compile all data into a detailed term sheet.

- Prepare the initial checklist for operations and steps after closing
