We will complete a full site evaluation and identify all areas that need to be brought into compliance, submit our recommendations for the corrections and put into place policies for ongoing compliance

• Audit of policy of medical records storage and transmission

• Audit of all email, fax policies, Internet security, Firewalls and encryption

• Review staff and train as required

• Review all business entities to confirm the proper business associate agreements are in place
